What keeps you going: I love working out because it makes me feel good and keeps me healthy

What’s on your playlist: I listen to country music on my playlist. lol
Everyone I know hates country music but I love it.
Do you have a favorite cheat meal? My cheat meal consists of burgers and any carbs I can shove into my face.
Typical meal: I typically eat healthy meaning no processed foods, lots of veggies, lean proteins. I’m not a saint though, I’ll shove cupcakes into my mouth when you aren’t’ looking.
